Strength & Mobility 101

Training with Adarsh has been an incredible experience for me, and I'm so glad to have him as my coach.

Before I started, I had given up on a lot of things, thinking my wrist would never work properly again, I have weak muscles and joints, and that I wouldn't be able to lift heavy items. I've been practicing Yoga with Adarsh for the last few months and it's really helped. My body had gotten stiff and painful after years of desk sitting experience :D The postures and breathing exercises have made me realise the importance of awareness and relaxation.
