Monday to Friday @ 6:30 am, I teach a slow, grounding & rejuvenating Yoga class. This session focuses on helping you start your day right with simple Asanas, Pranayama & Meditation. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Join a trial session any day and experience the benefits.
Personal sessions
In these sessions, I'm able to pay close attention to your unique needs & limitations and give specific and detailed guidance. I offer both online private sessions and offline sessions in Bangalore, either at your home or my studio in JP Nagar. Yoga Nidra & Meditation
A big part of Yoga is Meditation. It's a powerful tool to bring your mind back into the present and to regain clarity & focus. Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique of deep relaxation which helps you heal on all levels.
Why Yoga?
I come from a background of Martial arts & Fitness training. Getting strong and building muscle was the name of the game. While I gained and continue to gain a lot of benefit from these practices, it was missing something. And that something was Yoga.
People may think that the world of Martial arts and Yoga are poles apart, that they don't mix. I am here to show you that nothing could be further from the truth. Martial arts and Yoga complement and enhance each other's effectiveness. Martial arts brings the intensity and power that can be channeled outwards. Yoga brings the calmness and grounding which connects you within. This combination makes you unstoppable.
